The staff was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed- always with a smile. Beds were comfortable- and there were pillows with varying degrees of softness WHICH I LOVED! Food was great, with more variety than I expected.

We were traveling home to Missouri....needed that last minute "we're tired" of being in the car room for the night. I checked my atlas for exits that would be coming up for the hour....then checked out accommodation options at those exits. Something about the reviews and location just made this feel like the right place...and it was! The truckstop that is almost completed but wasn't yet, will really make this an added plus cause a person can just walk over for quick snacks or a meal.

The beds were very comfortable! Great location; right off I-84 and a short drive into Baker City: 5 minutes into town, 7 or so minutes to downtown where you can find some nice local restaurants, shops, and good coffee shops. The person at check-in was very friendly. Breakfast was good—eggs, gravy, toast, cereal, juice, tea. There was a line for the waffle maker and no room to sit so I brought my breakfast to my room. Also, a full basket if fruit filled to the brim with some beautiful and delicious apples.

Everything was excellent! Bonus it's right next to a Loves Travel Center! Great nights sleep, descent breakfast, staff that makes customers feel welcomed and appreciated, parking for Our Truck and Cargo Trailer, easy fuel and go...what more could We ask for??

I luv that its right off the Freeway but still close enough to all what Baker City has to offer. The staff were so Friendly and accommodating in allowing us an early checkin as we arrived at 230pm.. Our room was spacious and clean...The breakfast was Great and my grandkids Lov the indoor pool!!

We came with a large cycling group. We used to do this trip every year and we always stayed at best western. This stay was every bit as good as I remembered. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating, even though we tend to take over a bit. They let us use the dining room for our team lunch and it was perfect. Breakfast was very tasty and the rooms were clean. They had no problem when all of us came trapsing through with their bikes. And the bed was amazing! Location is perfect. Only blocks to the downtown excitement so no driving. Thank you! We will see them all next year!

Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were so soft! Breakfast was good. All employees I talked with were wonderful!! Because I was towing a trailer, the parking area for big rigs behind the motel was perfect. Easy access to the interstate.

Staff was friendly. Accommodations were quiet and comfortable. We have been staying here on our way to and from Oregon for the past 30+ years. The upkeep of the building has been good. Thank you.

I was ecstatic that the property was clean. That is MOST IMPORTANT. Not fake clean, but truly clean. Eggs were hard as a rock, everything else was terrific. A little hard and uncomfortable but pillows wonderful. I was coming in from a long trip and was exhausted. This is right off the interstate so absolutely perfect. So happy it was clean and there was a lovely breakfast offered overall. I felt safe. Thank you on this one Super 8.

Nice shower. Liked having a sink outside of the bathroom proper. Desk staff not at all welcoming and had trouble terminating private conversations to wait on us . Nice breakfast and well organized.
